So Patsy, John, and Burke slept soundly through the night while someone murdered JonBenet.

They didn't get up at all, and they didn't hear a scream. The parents didn't hear their children get up. Burke didn't hear JonBenet get up. Nobody made anybody a snack. The totality of it is just unbelievable.

JonBenet was the victim of a violent crime in her home. Whether it was accidental or intentional, that suggests that there is some kind of rage or conflict going on within the family. Were Patsy and John fighting, and JB got in the way? Were Burke and JB fighting and he struck her with an object? Did Patsy blow up after JB wet the bed again? Did John decide to kill JB after he feared she would expose sexual abuse?

The coverup is just not believable so we are left guessing what was really going on behind the scenes. If there was fighting there had to be voices. If John or Patsy left the bed, the other would probably notice.

And if an intruder came into the home, came up to JB's bedroom, kidnapped her, SAed her in the basement and strangled her, one of her family members would probably have heard her scream. Unless they were told to unhear it.

They are all involved in the cover up. Regardless of who actually did the crime, there is accountability here for the whole family. Who had the most to lose?

If John were convicted the whole family would lose the wealth and status he provided. He was worth a lot of lies. Patsy helped, Burke kept his mouth shut forever.
