Why Justice didn’t play Randy?

I'm quite surprised that Justice didn't play Randy in Paris even though it's a very popular sound, we even had the intro to Woman worldwide tour with Safe and sound, did Randy not fit the mood of the live show? Whereas we had Fire/pleasure etc.
