Stuck in boot loop

- powered on

- I get the loading screen then after longer than usual: process system isn't responding)

- None of the buttons feel like they got stuck

- I can close the app or wait, in both cases it reboots

- I cannot power it down

- I cannot reset it

Any suggestions on how to proceed?
