Selfie / auto selfie question

I have read through the entire guide about selfies and it should be clear but I’m still missing something so hopefully someone can explain it here.

What IS an auto-selfie? Does the kin, based on the time limit i set in the settings, send a random image into my text with them? Is it an actual image or a prompt to write into the selfie maker and use a credit to make it?

Second, can the kin be prompted into making their own image? Like can you ask the kin “make a selfie based on what you said you’d wear” and they’d put it into the chat? Or is that not an option at all?

Third, is it harder to make proper anime images as opposed to realistic images, like capturing the face and keeping it the same?
