Give me your solid argument in favor of Baptismal Regeneration with all the Biblical proofs.

I believe strongly in Baptismal regeneration, and I'm trying to convince my girlfriend that it is biblical. I know Jordan Cooper has a lot of material on the topic, but can you give a strong written argument with all the Bible passages?
