Bca at lpu

I read a post of someone saying that syllabus for technologies such as react and angular is decades old you are totally dependent on their (teachers)ppts for execution and clearing the exam , Is this true and do you get free time to self study at lpu , if this is true are there past paper available so that you don't have to invest so much time into it .
