How to improve speed significantly on LG?

I think I have a pretty solid start at LG, where I miss only 3 or 4 questions on my cold diagnostic (UNTIMED; do them very slow). After I learn how to draw the diagram and all the notations, I'm a bit better at timing. With some by-type practice, I can handle the questions with high difficulty level and score -0 in LG sections many times in untimed setting. Unfortunately, I still haven't seen much improvement in my speed. I'm very slow even though I'm trying to speed up. My timing issue is so serious that I could only finish two and a half game in 35 min. I usually need about 60 minutes to finish the whole section... Can any LG genius teach me how to speed up when you have good accuracy?

By the way, I always compare my drawing and deductions with LSAT Hacks explanations. I think I made most of the upfront deductions correctly and solve the questions with similar strategics. I'm just SLOWWWWW. Perhaps my brain operates slow I guess. Is such bad timing improvable? My goal is to reach -0 in the real test.
