6* Tier List (partial) as tested against top adventures

Apologies upfront...I don't have forum post knowledge to give posts like this the presentation you'd expect. This is a partial list simply because I don't own all 6*'s.

Tier List Results

S Tier: Fiddlesticks, Swain, Viego, Viktor, Kai'Sa, Samira

A Tier: Ashe, Lillia, Ahri

B Tier: Miss Fortune, Taliyah

C Tier: Caitlyn, Vex, Neeko

D Tier: Lux: Illuminated, Vayne

E Tier: Ekko, Gwen, Jinx

F Tier: Heimerdinger, Pyke, Aatrox.

Methodology

I ran each champion against Lissandra, Swain and 6.5* Fiddlesticks adventures one time each. I stuck with the same build on each run for said champion. Legendary powers were banned. +1 mana epic power banned.

I kept track of wins, revives uses, close calls (defined as any winning match that ended with 15 or less health), if a run felt (unlucky, typical, lucky) in terms of powers and upgrades over the course of it and if the final boss battle felt like it was (No Threat, Fine, Tough).

The data from those tables helped determine the tiers and order while trying to keep my own personal biases to a minimum.

Important Notes

Do NOT take the difference in tiers here too seriously because EVERY CHAMPION EXCEPT AATROX WON EVERY ADVENTURE ON THE FIRST ATTEMPT. Aatrox is the only one who failed against Lissandra.

This 'tier list' is less about who is the best champion in PoC and more about how easy was it to clear the toughest static content in the game. The different between tiers here is very small. S-tier through to D-tier completed all content with relative ease even though there were differences between the champions.

This test was a SINGLE run through the content. I'm certain that if you ran these champs through these adventures 10 times each the outcomes would differ. In fact, long term, I plan to work towards this as I play the game day to day just to see how things differ.

Personal Notes/Vibes/Thoughts.

1) Samira in S-tier felt like luck to me but I can't deny the data. Of all champions in this list I am most confident she would fall way down the list over the course of several test runs.

2) While I'm confident in most of the builds I used for these tests...there are a couple which I'd really like to refine since they are relatively new 6*'s for me and they include Pyke, Aatrox and Vex.

3) There are champions here who could perform better if you altered their builds for a specific challenge. I deliberately choose not to do this. I mainly wanted to gauge how well a build performs against an array of challenges. Its absolutely true that a more flexible champion and good knowledge of a game could further alter their performance.

An example of this was Heimerdinger where I really like the 'feel' of Echoing Spirit on him to replace the champ when he dies and to have access to a champ spell that compliments to playstyle of the champion. However, Black Shield replacing Echoing on Heimer would make Lissandra fight much easier and Defense Spending on Swain would clearly make that run much easier. As a single universal build though...I prefer echoing spirit.
