Thief from Cleveland area that frequents legend valley

We caught this thief stealing our entire wagon with hundreds of dollars in items at Secret Dreams Music & Arts Festival

He got confrontational with security after we called him out, they called the Sheriff's who just took him to the BP across the street with no actual consequences.

We recovered most of it but several items are still missing. Several women have also come forward stating he is an abuser.
