Bought a new GE dryer and it doesn't work.

So incase you didn't know lowes has a 48 hour appliance return window. So if you can a dryer delivered and don't get around to tearing apart your laundry room for a few days (like me) to instal it, well your just strait up fucked.

Now I went to GE and they said Yada Yada your in the window for your warrantee... really I didn't know since I haven't had it for even a week. They gave me a ticket number and told me a service company would give me a call within 24 hours, and set up an appointment to fix it. We'll that didn't happen lmao. I waisted 48 hours and no call. I called them and they said their service provider rejected it due to having too many appointments. The lady advised me to have to sent back to get see if it can be assigned to any one else. That was 7 days ago! I haven't heard anything from any one. Assuming they ignore your service request unless you ask point blank I assume I'll never get a call.

Should I get a lawyer or get the consumer protection agency involved? I have a lawyer rn as im suing the siving shit out of a roofing company that destroyed my siding so who's next?
