Refusing shoot locations

So I have worked with this amateur photographer before, and it was on the outside of an office building, so private property, and the security guard came and told us to leave. Following up, she wants to shoot inside my apartment building or at my university. From the texts you can see I voiced my concerns (aside from that it's literally my home/school) and she dropped me. Am I overreacting/what's the best way to handle situations like this?
