What do I do with pinecones?

The pine trees in my backyard have produced more pinecones than I have ever seen - I'm talking in the 1000s of pine cones.
I have cleaned and prepped a few pine cones for decorations and cleaned up my yard to the best of my ability. What do people do with pine cones when the pine trees produce like this?
