Cedar Commons project Medford - What happened?

Does anyone know what's happening with the Cedar Commons in Medford? There was supposedly plans for a few restruants and or shops to go in there. At one point there were signs all around the new subdivisions in the surrounding area but It seems like the signs are gone, did they run out of funding, or something has put the project on hold? I live near by and after a few random conversations with passers by and others living in the area etc. everyone has mentioned nothing has changed for several months, almost a year now but nobody knows what happened.

Anyone know?
