I've been seeing PLNTD ads about free consults, any good?

Been getting ads for PLNTD for a while now, and I saw they’re charging "$0 upfront". Thinking about switching from Alternaleaf if it means avoiding the follow-up fee and getting better service all at once. What are people's thoughts about them, their range etc?
