Automate Capacity Switch for a workspace

hello. does anyone know if there is a way to automate the linking/switching of fabric capacity to a workspace wither programmatically or some other way?

Like, if i overgo my assigned capacity, i face throttling and other outages and then i have to face a burndown for that capacity, say i have another backup capacity that i can turn on, i can avoid that temporarily.
I have been doing that manually: turning off the current capacity, turning on the backup and then switching the capacity to the backup one for that workspace in fabric in its UI in "workspace settings", but i want to automate that,
Now , the thing is i do know how to turn on or turn off a capacity through a python code but to link the new capacity to the workspace is where i am stuck. Any suggestions?
