Dual military, One medboarding. Will finances automatically reflect?

Husband is going to be the sole service member now that I am medically separated. We are trying to figure out of we have to do anything with DEERs or Finance. I already got my T180, they told me to come back for my dependent card after the six months of healthcare runs out. We were getting paid single soldier BAH, but will it automatically update to him having me as a dependent since I am no longer a service member? Do we have to do any paperwork to reflect this status change? We are worried about our finances since the both of us are/were lower enlisted.
