Welp I'm fat and no longer attractive
It's official. Hubs and I were chatting about how to improve a lack of physical intimacy, you know the viscious cycle of:
he wants more sex to feel more touchy feely, and I want more touchy feely to have more sex.
And it's boiled down to he doesn't find me attractive anymore because I've gained weight, and he judges every time I have a treat. Meanwhile he can eat an entire family sized bag of chips in a day and a half and I don't say a word, I literally don't care, it's his body and he's a grown-up. I'm so sad. I have an almost 2 year old and a 5 month old. I can't bounce back, especially with the PPD I'm dealing with.
For some background I was 24 when we started dating, at 27 I gained 50lbs in 2 months after getting off the pill and have never been able to lose it, then I got pregnant back to back. I'm currently 31. I got all the bloodwork done before getting pregnant and they said my results were all within normal range. I'm interested in a GLP-1 when I'm no longer breastfeeding, but I feel so defeated no matter what I choose.
I'm so bone tired.
Looking for kind words and people who have been there and come out.
Edit: I posted this in a comment, but wanted to add it here: I don't want to bounce back for him and he didn't tell me that I need to lose weight. He was more saying that he makes comments on my treats because he wants me to make the healthier choice and he said "selfishly that i would like it if you lost weight," I did tell him how hurtful that was and how hurtful it is for him to make comments when I eat things. I don't want to get a complex around food and I want my children to have a good relationship with food. I want to get more fit for myself and my children. But I don't have the time nor energy to do it at all. Especially when I could barely scrape together the energy to address my needs to start this conversation in the first place.
