Pulsar x2 mini bruce lee firmware update not working

I recently got the x2 mini bruce lee and Im super happy with it however when I try to download the newest firmware it says "Wrong device, please connect right device". Im getting the firmware straight from the bruce lee mini page on pulsar's website (yes its connected via the cable) I have tried different usb ports, unplugging all my other devices, and restarting my computer. but nothings working, just wanted to see if anybody knows a fix or has had this same issue.
