scary movie recs that are not purely gore

i want something super scary and super disturbing, but not something purely shock value and gore. something that will make my stomach hurt but not because i’m gonna vomit from seeing guts splattered everywhere but because it’s genuinely terrifying. idk who this will reach, but if you get what i mean let me know some of ur favs!
