Your experience with Greystar Property Management

So, Greystar has a lot of buildings with cool floorplans, but when I look up Greystar the reviews are somewhere between ghastly and horrifying. Has anyone here had a good experience living in a Greystar property? If so, which one and how long ago? Thanks in advance for any info.
