Been looking for more like this....

I've done Dragon and Werewolf...

But I'm curious what we're calling this "sub-genre" of stories.

They are contemporary, often in a school, have system but the system is more like a cheat code than a system...

Am I totally missing what category of genre this is? Because I'm looking for more series but other than the word "system" I can't really even figure out how to search. And reading a few chapters of everything with word System in the title is getting painful.
