I painted a thing...

First, thanks for the invite to the group because naming my work is hard for me! Second, I did this last night after a not so great day at work and I ended up putting these spikey/sharp lines in it because I was angry. Anyway, I'm new to painting. I only started at the suggestion of my therapist and it seems abstract is where I "fit." (Or not, depending on some opinions I should just put down my paint brushes altogether.) So anyway, again, I'd love your opinions on a name and how it is in general.
