How to talk to my new nanny about her hygiene?!

I hired a new nanny for my daughter about two weeks ago. She's mostly pretty awesome. She gets along with my daughter really well, always has fun project ideas to do with her, and she's a really sweet person. We get along well, have things in common so I feel like she fit into our family life seamlessly.

However, I noticed a few days ago when she showed up that she had a weird funky smell. Like she hadn't showered. Her clothes also looked a bit on the dirty side. I'm not going to judge someone for wearing stained clothes to play with my daughter outside all day, I don't expect her to show up in business casual or anything ridiculous like that. But the smell. It was overwhelming and pretty gross. I noticed it again today and this evening my couch smelled just gross.

I don't want to fire her, she's great in every other way but how do I talk to her about this issue without offending her? I have never had to discuss hygiene with someone like this and I'm at a loss how to handle it.
