Agency?

Is anyone aware of a nanny placement/staffing agency that doesn’t cost thousands of dollars? It seems they all charge 18% of annual comp or more. I’d like to find an agency that maybe doesn’t offer as much as these more expensive agencies but still some assistance with my search and for a lower cost.
