Nanny contact with parent requirements?

Hi everyone! So I'm new to the nanny world for my 4 month old baby. I found a nanny through a friend and she started and has been great but then now she wants to draft a contract. I thought it was strange to want it after the fact of starting but I agreed and she said she could draft it. However she then told me that I should include my WFH arrangements, such as the physical locations I will be working from in the house, how often I will be in the living room with baby and her, and how much I want to interact with baby while she is working. Also, she said I should put things in there like me leaving the home X amount of times while she is working. I was a little set back because I don't think my work and personal life should be included in this contract. We have hired her on a part time basis for about 8 to 10 days a month. Are these standard things to be put in a nanny contract? Your thoughts on all of this would be helpful.
