Advice for a new dispatcher!

I recently got the call that I’ve been hired as a 911 dispatcher for my county and I couldn’t be more excited to serve my community. Was wondering If anyone had any tips before I start training? Anything you wish dispatchers said over the radio? Any pet peeves I can avoid? I am all ears!
