What to do after they attack the pavilion

so like the title says, I don't know where to go after the attack on pavilion. I think I'm locked with the bad ending because although i got the bomb item from the grotto (forgot the name) I didn't see some of Kuafu's dialogues that lead to true ending nor did I get the green arrow. But still, the main problem is that i don't know where to continue.
