Looking for creative/funny ways to ask a friend how they are doing ?

So I have a friend, who lives in different part of the country, who is in her first trimester and has been experiencing morning sickness daily. I have gotten into habit of checking up on her every morning with a simple "how's u" text. It's been a few weeks now and I want to make this daily check up fun and entertaining for her. I have already shared Joey's how you doing meme, Sheldon's what's up buttercup. But now I am running short of ideas and j would like to keep up this streak of checking up on her with fun twist. Hence this post to invite suggestions on fun ways to ask "how are you doing" 😌
