Why is vaishnavism included in indigenous faith of AP? Also is there a strong presence of RSS?

Do conversation from DONYI POLO to Hinduism will have to be reported? Or Hinduism and Vaishnavism is same so they might convert from DONYI POLO to Vaishnavism?
