Hardest team to start with, and ranking them?

What is the hardest team to be successful with?

I found the Seattle Mariners pretty easy with getting to the playoffs by 2025, and WS by 2026-2028 in many saves.

The Marlins seem to be the hardest team, I have struggled in my current save as the farm system is devoid of much talent. I am in 2028 and have a shot at the wildcard this year.
