Quest 2 Stuck in set boundary screen

I'm currently stuck in the boundary screen. My controllers are connected but when I try to use the pointer to confirm the boundary, they don't show up. I know the controllers work because I can hold the quest menu button and it works. I have restarted the device about 5 times already and nothing has changed. I can't find any post regarding this exact issue; the only solution I can think of is factory resetting, but of course, I would love to avoid going through that process.

Any help is greatly appreciated and I will answer any questions if needed.

Edit: SOLVED I managed to fix it by factory reseting, then plugging the quest 2 to my computer and finishing the setup through the meta software in the pc. I only lost the downloads by factory reseting, everything else was fine!
