Switching to Medtronic… Feedback appreciated!
After almost 10 years on various Omnipod systems, I am officially done. I have tried literally every way to contact a rep or receive an iPhone TestFlight link and I’ve had no success. I also wasn’t informed that the Omnipod doesn’t adjust basal or correction rates, which is huge for me. I’m switching to u200 insulin with a new pump system and am really looking forward to something that works more aggressively with a better algorithm.
I don’t care about tubeless. I care about a system that consistently works well, has more aggressive algorithms and requires less frequent changes.
People that dislike Medtronic’s latest system and CGM, what are some things I should know? I’m trying to be picky with my next pump due to the 4 year commitment, so if it doesn’t work out, I’ll return it during trial period.
