Am i cooked with these choices

So I was planning on taking a grade 12 science or math course this semester (chem) but my school has absolutely no space for any grade 12 courses. I even asked to be put into earth and space or food and nutrition. I had to cram all my grade 12 courses into next year. Um am i cooked with these? I wanna get into neuroscience or a good business school like rotman or schulich. Any advice would be good thanks.
