Latency problems

So I play Overwatch by Wifi connection, not wired, and usually I get 60-80 ms in latency. However, these last days I have been getting 90ms minimum and (the real problem here) tons of moments when the ping goes up to 160ms for a second, multiple times in a match. Obviosuly this is awful for an online FPS game cause when it peaks, I see everyone "teleporting"

The thing is, you could say is my wifi connection, but I dont have any problems with other games like Fortnite or Rocket League.

Is there any settings on my laptop I should change? Is it just Blizzard/Ow's fault that it goes worse than in other games?
