Should I lie about having an existing part time job in an interview?

Hi, I'm a freelancer and I wanted to transition in part-time jobs that pays well. Recently, I got a part-time job which a bit lower than expected. However, this job leaves me ample time for another part-time job. I know I can handle both jobs as long as I manage my time well. Both jobs are WFH and has flexible hours which only requires me to be reachable through chat and give updates every day on the progress of the projects.

Should I tell the one that I will apply to that I already have a part time job aside from the existing one? Should I lie and tell that I have no other jobs?
