What could probably be the reason?

Recently i brought my GPU (rx580) sa repair shop since everytime na mag lalaro ako ng game (specifically L4D2) nag fflicker screen ko ng black na may red lines. The guy said he wasnt able to fix it after doing some reballing and stuff. and after that inuwi ko na sa bahay gpu ko and may times pa rin nga na nag fflicker siya ng ganon. but after ilng weeks of using it i've noticed na nawala na siya completley and maayos na ulit GPU ko i dunno why.

Ang naaalala ko lang na ginawa ko sa GPU ko na yon is inundervolt ko siya before pa siya masira. But now di ko na siya pinapakielaman and so far goods na siya its been 7 months since dinala ko sa repair shop. Ano kaya reason bakit siya umayos ulit even though nag flicker naman siya after ko siya iuwi galing repair shop?
