Ps5 Crashing?

This has been happening for a while and at first I thought it was just a normal crash but now it happens daily. Whenever I play a Ps5 game on my PlayStation 5 it always crashes my whole console. For example when I’m trying to play GTA or MW2 I get about 20 minutes in then I get a black screen and I have to unplug and replug the whole system. I haven’t found any help for this
