PD Cook Book/Recipes?
Diet is one of the main ways that we can aid our symptoms with YOPD/PD in general and it's something I've struggled with ever since being diagnosed earlier this year. I understand habits take time to form and overhauling the diet is a big task, but I'm giving myself some grace and also understand moderation is key with all things.
So here's my question with some context: Alongside YOPD (symptoms since 29y/o, now 31 and Dx'd) I also have ADHD. Everyone loves the hyperfocus friend but really it gets in the way of a lot of things--I'm easily distracted or easy to irritate when interrupted, and I'll often forget to feed myself (which isn't good esp. when working on a gym routine). I'm also a teacher, so I end up taking quite a bit of work home with me and oftentimes won't pack lunch (time, forgetfulness in general not PD related or is it???). I do, however, like to meal prep and have a good habit of doing so.
OKAY NOW MY QUESTION: Does anyone have any resources or recipes that are their go-tos that are simple, scaleable, and nutritious they'd be willing to share? Bonus points to anything green. Extra bonus points to EXTRA tasty stuff that's EXTRA easy. I can and will eat the same thing on repeat for months.
