need help finding wifi card

My mobo is a b550m ds3h ac rev 1.1. My revision has the intel (r) wireless -ac 9260 160mhz. My router is not wifi 6 and I have no choice on whether to do anything to the router because of my parents not allowing me to mess with our internet. The reason for wanting a new wifi card is because often I have the issue of disconnecting from the internet a lot. I want to get a wifi card that has a better connectivity compared to my current. I have been looking for wifi cards for a while but usually most are not compatible with the mobo I have.
