Need help choosing my first pc

Hello everyone, I’m looking to buy my first gaming pc. I want to buy prebuilt. I found these three options and was wondering if any of them were good. I mostly want it to play sims 4, run Microsoft office apps, horror games (like dbd). I want it to run smoothly and have good fps (I don’t really know if the pc affects that or if I would need to focus more on the monitor for that).
