Guests not Donating

Anyone else have this problem or a solution?

I set up a new habitat and decked it out with lots of donation bins. The animals welfare are all in the green and guests are super happy, but they are only donating to my other exhibit.

I just started a new zoo so this is my second habitat, and the guests are flocking to it, but they don't seem to comment on the new animals and they ignore the donation bins. My first exhibit is still getting donations though?

Anyone know how to fix this? I've already tried deleting the bins and putting new ones
