eldoradogg warning
Hello all, I'm going through a difficult situation that I've never experienced before and felt compelled to spread the word.
I've been using Eldorado.gg for purchasing game currencies for some time now. I have a verified account with no negative transactions.
Earlier today, while using a VPN, my account was suspended without warning and I was prompted to contact support. Support informed me that my account was flagged as "suspicious" and the suspension was permanent.

It appears that their system bans based on IP address. There's no other explanation. I was using the site like I always have and was even trying to make another purchase when the suspension occurred. The only difference today is that I was logged into my VPN via browser extension.
Since my account was verified, it means that they have pictures of my drivers license and other sensitive data on file. So I requested my account be deleted and my data wiped which they supposedly did.
Under any other circumstance I would say its no big deal, its a sketchy site anyway and there's plenty of alternatives. However, the problem is that my account had a balance and I'm being completely ignored and even banned by support on follow up questions via their site chat system.
I just want my hard earned money back.
For all those who use or are considering to use eldorado.gg, you've been warned. Don't use a VPN. Don't keep a balance on your account under any circumstances. If you don't know, they are based in Lithuania. At this point I'm extremely concerned that they are in breach of EU cybersecurity laws and my information is going to end up in the wrong hands.
Its late where I live but I do plan on reporting this to as many EU committees as possible. If anyone has had similar encounters with eldorado.gg or other merchants, I would appreciate some advice.
