Zapdos or Jolteon?

I just captured Zapdos and I really wanted to add him to my team c uz he was hard to catch, but I'm in a lot of doubts since my team isn't even quite ready yet.

I currently have in my team:

Lapras (permanent) Charizard (permanent) Kadabra (Permanent) Pikachu (Temporary) Farfetch'd (Temporary - practically no use)

I also have Eevee lv. 25 which I intend to evolve into Jolteon, which would replace Pikachu. But now I've managed to capture Zapdos. Which one is more worthwhile? I welcome all kinds of suggestions about my current team. I'd also like a suggestion to replace Farfetch'd. I have some good ones like Scyther, Nidorina and Dugtrio.
