Foil shifts count as misprints?

Was wondering why I was finding it hard to focus on the name, turns out the whole foil is shifted a bit up and to the left! Nothing crazy, but still kinda cool imo. Can see it best on the name "shadow" as well as the eyes/mouth/hair. Makes the card kinda hard to parse in person, since the colours/texture boundaries are all out of sync. Dunno how common this sort of stuff is, or if it even counts for anything here
