Looking for Subleaser at Redpoint Apartments for Fall 2024 Only

Hi all, I was going to take over a lease for the Fall 2024 semester, but I just got on-campus housing from the waitlist (yay) so I'm hoping to find someone to take the lease at Redpoint.

• $575 per month
• 4 people in the apartment
• everyone will get their own private bedroom and bathroom.
• The other roomies are 2 guys and 1 girl, and they don't care what gender you are.
• Sublease from August 14 - sometime over winter break (the guy I'd be subleasing from is flexible with the end date since he's not going to be on campus during winter break)
