Follow-up on transcripts for Amgen

Hello! I'm now experiencing difficulties obtaining my transcript from my home institution. They don't have time to give us priority because of an issue with our enrollment system. Does uTokyo Amgen permit follow-up on transcripts? Thank you!! :>
