How would you update this basement? Shoestring budget.

Ignore the mess, I'm scraping up the 40 year old peel and stick floor. I'm thinking remove the wood paneling and put up drywall. I can't decide whether I should keep or delete the drop ceiling. What would you do for flooring? Keep the bar? Update it? Delete it? 4th picture is a small office/game room.
