ABIM Q Regarding "Certification Letter"

So I know results aren't out yet but I seem to be able to download a certification letter and "badges" on my ABIM account. The letter does actually say anything at the bottom except my name in Bold and "No" to MOC below that.

Is this just a template letter? Kind of frustrating. I only logged in for the first time yesterday to start checking if score released since it was released around this time last year, so not sure if has been there the whole time.

Nothing comes up when I look myself up via Provider verification.
