Weight loss

Can we talk weight loss, how much weight have you lost and how long have you been on it? Can you guys give me some hope. I always get think the worst so that I’m not actually disappointed if something doesn’t work out but I’m truly praying this will work for me. I do badly want my wedding ring to fit again and I’m really hoping over the next couple months I can drop a decent amount of weight.
