Why is everyone still using Ring?

I have ring doorbell, Flood light and 3 stickup cam around my house so I am invested in the ecoysystem. My fried told me about eufy and that he is not paying any subscription and his cameras are better mega pixels than my ring, So it made me wonder why are so many people still using ring. Whats your reason for still using ring?
